⚙️ High-Performance Turbochargers & Replacement Parts for Heavy-Duty Engines

  1. Product Overview: Performance Beyond OEM

When heavy-duty trucks are pushed to their limits, our replacement turbochargers excel where OEM units may fall short. Designed for rigorous heavy-duty use, these turbochargers not only restore factory-level performance but often surpass it, all while maintaining exceptional reliability and durability.

  • ⚡ Enhanced Responsiveness: Experience improved surge response and significantly lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), resulting in sharper throttle response and smoother operation even under extreme loads.
  • 💰 Superior Cost-Efficiency: Our aftermarket units offer comparable or even enhanced performance at a fraction of the cost.
  • 🛠️ Broad Compatibility: Supports a wide range of heavy-duty engine models, ensuring quick and accurate pairing.
  1. Manufacturing Excellence and Quality Assurance

We stand by the quality of our turbochargers and components through rigorous manufacturing and testing protocols:

  1. Precision Balancing for Longevity

Every central rotating component (CHRA) undergoes a multi-stage balancing process to ensure smooth operation at extremely high speeds (up to 200,000 RPM).

  • Low-Speed Balancing: Corrects static and dynamic imbalances of individual components (turbine wheel, compressor wheel, shaft).
  • High-Speed VSR Balancing: The assembled CHRA unit is tested using Vibration Sorting Rig (VSR) equipment to simulate real-world operating speeds, minimizing premature bearing wear and maximizing the turbocharger’s service life.
  1. Durability in Materials

We select materials specifically engineered to withstand the harsh environment of commercial diesel applications:

  • Casting Integrity: Compressor and turbine housings are made from high-grade casting alloys, ensuring structural integrity under immense heat cycling and pressure variations.
  • Sealing Technology: Utilizes high-performance piston rings and seals to ensure optimal oil containment and prevent boost pressure leakage, even under elevated operating pressures.

III. Turbocharger Spare Parts & Assemblies

We provide a comprehensive range of turbocharger spare parts to support both remanufacturing and repairs. Our product lineup includes virtually everything you might need:

Part Name Description Key Features
CHRA (Core Assemblies) Complete cartridge core units for various turbo models. Factory balanced for optimal speed and life.
Turbine Wheels & Shafts Turbine wheel-and-shaft assemblies. Available in different sizes and high-temperature resistant materials.
Compressor Wheels High-precision compressor wheels. Made from durable high-strength alloys.
Bearing & Seal Kits Overhaul kits with journal bearings, thrust bearings, seals, and rings. Essential for quality turbo rebuilding.
Actuators & Components Wastegate actuators (mechanical) and electronic actuators. Ensuring precise boost control.
  1. Installation & Operational Guidance

Preventing premature failure is key. We strongly recommend adhering to the following best practices during installation:

  1. Crucial Pre-Installation Steps
  • Identify the Root Cause: Always determine why the original turbo failed. A new turbo installed on an engine with contaminated oil or restricted air flow will fail again quickly.
  • Inspect Engine System: Clean or replace all air filters, oil feed/drain lines, intercoolers, and exhaust manifolds to eliminate debris or blockages.
  • Oil Priming: Absolutely critical. Before the initial engine start, manually prime the new turbocharger with clean engine oil through the oil inlet hole. This prevents oil starvation during the first few seconds of operation.
  • New Gaskets Only: Always use new gaskets and O-rings to prevent leaks and ensure proper sealing integrity.
  1. Extended Component Life

By maintaining proper oil change intervals, avoiding aggressive hot shutdowns (allowing the engine to idle briefly after heavy load use), and ensuring the engine’s air and fuel systems are calibrated correctly, you will significantly extend the service life of your new turbocharger and all related engine components.

  1. Customer Support & Guarantee
  2. Commitment to Sustainability

Choosing high-quality aftermarket replacement parts supports a more sustainable operational model.

  • Resource Efficiency: Our commitment to supplying robust spare parts supports the remanufacturing industry, extending the life cycle of the original turbocharger body and reducing the demand for new resource extraction.
  • Modern Emissions Compliance: When paired with proper engine tuning, our components help maintain engine efficiency, contributing to cleaner combustion and adherence to modern emissions standards.
  1. Warranty Policy

Standard 12-Month Warranty: We offer a standard 12-month warranty on all our turbocharger spare parts, starting from the date of shipment. This covers any part failure due to manufacturing defects (materials or workmanship) under normal use.

  1. Shipping and Return Policy

We ship globally using standard Incoterms (EXW/FOB) and offer various methods including Air Express, Air Freight, and Sea Freight. Please note that all returns require prior Return Authorization.

Frequently Asked Questions

We provide a wide range of turbocharger spare parts to support both remanufacturing and repairs. Our product lineup includes practically everything you might need. Here are some of the key parts we offer:

  • CHRA (Core Assemblies): Complete cartridge core units for various turbo models.
  • Turbine Wheels & Shafts: Turbine wheel-and-shaft assemblies available in different sizes and materials.
  • Compressor Wheels: High-precision compressor wheels made from durable high-strength alloys (aluminum or even titanium, depending on the application).
  • Bearing & Seal Kits: Overhaul kits with journal bearings, thrust bearings, seals, and rings for rebuilding turbos.
  • Actuators & Components: Wastegate actuators (mechanical) and electronic actuators, plus related small parts.

These spare parts cover most major turbocharger brands and models for commercial diesel engines as well as passenger vehicles. If you’re looking for something specific, just let us know the turbo model or the OEM part number, and we’ll quickly check if we have it available.

Making sure you get the right part is really important. The best way is to use the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part number or your turbo’s model number as a reference when you order. Every turbocharger usually has an ID tag or an engraved number on it — if you give us that info, we can find the exact spare part you need.

Our sales engineers are also ready to help. If you let us know your engine model, the turbo’s model (or serial number), and maybe what problem you’re trying to fix or which component you’re replacing, we can cross-check and guide you to the right part. This way you’ll have a correct match and avoid any mix-ups.

We can also provide product catalogs or technical datasheets if you want to double-check the specifications yourself before buying. Just let us know, and we’ll get those to you.

Generally, we don’t have a strict minimum order for our standard parts — you can even order just one piece if that’s all you need. We know remanufacturing shops sometimes want to test a part’s quality first, so small sample orders are totally fine with us.

If you’re looking to buy in bulk, we can certainly discuss volume discounts. The only time we might have a minimum order is if it’s a very specialized or custom-made component, due to the production requirements. In those cases, we’d let you know upfront if any minimum applies.

In most situations, whether you need a single item or a large batch, we’re happy to accommodate. We pride ourselves on being flexible and building long-term relationships with our clients.

We offer a standard 12-month warranty on all our turbocharger spare parts. The clock starts from the date we ship them out, unless we’ve made a different agreement (for example, starting from the installation date in some cases). In short, if any part fails due to a manufacturing defect within those 12 months, it’s covered under our warranty.

If you do encounter a problem that you believe is our fault within the warranty period, just let us know. We’ll typically ask for some details about what happened (maybe a report or photos) so we can understand the issue. Once we’ve confirmed it’s a warranty case, we’ll send you a replacement part or offer you a full refund/credit for that item. We stand behind our products, so if there’s a genuine quality problem, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Our warranty covers failures that result from defects in our parts (materials or workmanship) under normal use. For example, if a compressor wheel had a casting flaw or a cartridge assembly wasn’t balanced properly at the factory and it causes a premature failure, that’s on us and would be covered.

However, there are some situations that are not covered by our warranty. Here are the main exclusions:

  • Improper Installation or Misuse: If the part was installed incorrectly or used incorrectly — e.g. not priming the turbo with oil before startup, wrong gaskets, misassembly.
  • External Factors (Oil Starvation or Contamination): Failures caused by inadequate or dirty oil (e.g. blocked feed lines or poor oil quality).
  • Foreign Object Damage: Debris entering the turbo (intake or exhaust) and damaging parts.
  • Operating Outside Design Limits: Engine or turbo run beyond design parameters (overspeed, excessive exhaust temperatures, etc.).
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual wear of consumables (e.g. seals) under regular usage.

In essence, if a part fails because it had a defect, it’s covered. But if it fails due to misuse, external factors, or normal wear, it’s not. If you ever need to claim warranty, we’ll review what happened (often via photos or a failure report) and may examine the part. That ensures we handle claims fairly and transparently.
