In the global automotive and industrial sectors, performance is defined by precision. Our mission is to provide the global market with Premium Aftermarket Turbochargers and high-precision components that serve as a seamless, high-performance alternative to original units. While we are an independent manufacturer, our products are engineered with one primary objective: to provide a perfect fit and identical (or superior) performance to original equipment from the world’s leading brands.
Whether you are maintaining a luxury passenger sedan, a light-commercial delivery fleet, or heavy-duty industrial machinery, our solutions offer the ideal balance between OEM-level reliability and aftermarket cost-efficiency. Our components are designed to be 100% interchangeable with major turbocharger manufacturers, including Garrett, BorgWarner (KKK & Schwitzer), Holset (Cummins), IHI, Mitsubishi (MHI), and Toyota.
Perfect Interchangeability: Every housing, wheel, and bolt is mapped to original dimensions. This ensures a “Plug-and-Play” installation experience for technicians working on Volkswagen, Ford, BMW, Cummins, or Caterpillar engines.
Advanced Aerodynamic Response: We don’t just copy; we optimize. By using modern computational fluid dynamics (CFD), our aftermarket units often provide a faster spool-up and broader torque curve than the aging OEM designs they replace.
Maximum Thermal Resilience: Our units are built for the long haul. We utilize premium alloys that maintain structural integrity under the extreme heat typical of Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Volvo exhaust systems, preventing premature cracking and failure.
We specialize in the meticulous engineering of components that integrate perfectly into existing engine systems. We provide a comprehensive catalog that supports the world’s most trusted turbocharger platforms.
Our premium aftermarket parts are designed as a direct replacement for:
Garrett (Honeywell) Series: Including the classic GT series, the high-efficiency GTB (Variable Geometry), and the heavy-duty GTA units.
BorgWarner (KKK & Schwitzer) Series: Fully compatible replacements for the S-Series (S200, S300, S400) and the BV/KP series utilized by European automotive groups.
Holset (Cummins Turbo Technologies): Rugged aftermarket alternatives for the HX35, HX40, HE351, and HE451 models found in the most demanding commercial diesel applications.
IHI & Mitsubishi (MHI): High-precision components for the TD04, TD05, and RHF series, widely popular in Japanese and European passenger vehicles.
Our aftermarket range provides extensive support for a diverse array of global marques:
Passenger & Light Commercial: Audi, BMW, Volkswagen, Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Renault, Peugeot, and Fiat.
Heavy-Duty & Industrial: Caterpillar, Cummins, Komatsu, Volvo Penta, Mack, Detroit Diesel, Scania, MAN, and JCB.
The term “Aftermarket” should never mean “Lower Quality.” Our ISO-certified facility utilizes a “Zero-Tolerance” manufacturing philosophy to ensure our parts match the performance maps of the original brands.
A turbocharger rotating at 200,000+ RPM is a masterpiece of balance. We eliminate vibration—the primary cause of aftermarket turbo failure—through a rigorous three-tiered process:
Component Balancing: Individual turbine shafts and compressor wheels are statically and dynamically balanced to micron-level tolerances.
Core Assembly Alignment: The assembled CHRA (Central Housing Rotating Assembly) is low-speed balanced to ensure all internal components are perfectly centered.
VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) Testing: This is the ultimate verification. Our VSR machines accelerate the assembled core to actual operating speeds under hot, pressurized oil. We calibrate the unit until the residual vibration is below $0.5 \text{mg}$. This ensures that our aftermarket unit operates as silently and reliably as a Garrett or BorgWarner original.
We utilize premium materials that meet or exceed the metallurgical requirements of the original brands:
Turbine Wheels: Crafted from Inconel 713C superalloys. This material retains its “creep strength” at temperatures over $850^\circ\text{C}$, essential for the high-thermal loads of a Scania or Mack engine.
Compressor Wheels: We offer high-grade cast aluminum and MFS (Machined from Solid) Billet Aluminum. Billet wheels are forged for superior density, making them a preferred aftermarket upgrade for high-boost applications in Subaru or Mitsubishi performance vehicles.
Bearing Systems: Our journal and thrust bearings are machined from specialized high-lead bronze, providing a robust sacrificial surface that protects the shaft during cold starts and high-speed operation.
We are a strategic partner for remanufacturers and fleet workshops globally. Our inventory is structured to provide the specific part you need for a professional-grade Garrett, Holset, or BorgWarner repair.

In the aftermarket world, successful installation is the key to longevity. A replacement turbocharger is only as good as the system it is installed in. We recommend the following “Gold Standard” protocol for all technicians.
Before installing our replacement unit, technicians must identify the root cause of the previous failure:
Oil Starvation: Check the feed lines. Modern BMW and PSA engines are notorious for carbon-clogged feed pipes that starve the turbo.
Oil Contamination: If the engine oil is dirty, it will act like liquid sandpaper on the new bearings.
Foreign Object Damage (FOD): Even a tiny piece of an old air filter will destroy a compressor wheel instantly.
Excessive Backpressure: A blocked DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) can melt the turbine wheel of a Cummins or Volvo turbo within hours.
System Hygiene: Always replace the engine oil, oil filter, and air filter. Crucially, replace the turbo oil feed line. Attempting to clean an old feed line is the most common mistake in aftermarket repairs.
Intercooler Cleaning: If the previous turbo suffered a catastrophic mechanical failure, the intercooler must be solvent-cleaned or replaced to remove metal shards.
The “Oil Priming” Rule: Never start a dry turbo. Fill the center housing with clean oil and spin the wheel by hand. This ensures the bearings are floating on a film of oil before the engine reaches high RPMs.
Initial Idle: After installation, let the engine idle for 5–10 minutes. This allows oil pressure to stabilize and ensures the sealing rings are properly seated.
We stand behind our aftermarket engineering with a 12-Month Unlimited Mileage Warranty. We believe that choosing an aftermarket solution shouldn’t involve a gamble. If our part fails due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, our technical team provides a transparent claim process and swift replacement.
Rapid Fulfillment: We maintain a massive inventory of components for the most popular Toyota, VW, Cummins, and Caterpillar engine models.
Logistics Flexibility: We utilize Air Express (DHL/FedEx) for urgent “Truck Down” situations (5–7 days) and Sea Freight for bulk stock replenishment (3–6 weeks).
No MOQ Policy: We support independent workshops and large distributors alike. Whether you need one seal or a container of CHRAs, we provide the same professional attention.
Turbocharging is inherently sustainable. By providing the high-quality parts needed to rebuild and revitalize Garrett, Holset, and BorgWarner units, we support the global remanufacturing industry. This prevents thousands of tons of raw materials from going to landfills every year by allowing original metal castings to be reused and upgraded.
Success in the turbocharger industry requires more than just a part in a box. It requires Technical Expertise, Consistent Quality, and Reliable Support.
Engineering First: We are a team of technical specialists who understand the complex aerodynamic maps of BorgWarner S-series or Garrett GT-series.
Universal Coverage: From a compact 1.0L Ford EcoBoost to a massive 15L Cummins ISX, we have the perfect aftermarket solution.
Guaranteed Fitment: We promise that our parts will fit and function exactly like the original components they replace.
Don’t let a failing turbocharger drain your profits or ruin your driving experience. Our premium aftermarket solutions offer the reliability you need at the value you deserve.

We provide a wide range of turbocharger spare parts to support both remanufacturing and repairs. Our product lineup includes practically everything you might need. Here are some of the key parts we offer:
These spare parts cover most major turbocharger brands and models for commercial diesel engines as well as passenger vehicles. If you’re looking for something specific, just let us know the turbo model or the OEM part number, and we’ll quickly check if we have it available.
Making sure you get the right part is really important. The best way is to use the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part number or your turbo’s model number as a reference when you order. Every turbocharger usually has an ID tag or an engraved number on it — if you give us that info, we can find the exact spare part you need.
Our sales engineers are also ready to help. If you let us know your engine model, the turbo’s model (or serial number), and maybe what problem you’re trying to fix or which component you’re replacing, we can cross-check and guide you to the right part. This way you’ll have a correct match and avoid any mix-ups.
We can also provide product catalogs or technical datasheets if you want to double-check the specifications yourself before buying. Just let us know, and we’ll get those to you.
Generally, we don’t have a strict minimum order for our standard parts — you can even order just one piece if that’s all you need. We know remanufacturing shops sometimes want to test a part’s quality first, so small sample orders are totally fine with us.
If you’re looking to buy in bulk, we can certainly discuss volume discounts. The only time we might have a minimum order is if it’s a very specialized or custom-made component, due to the production requirements. In those cases, we’d let you know upfront if any minimum applies.
In most situations, whether you need a single item or a large batch, we’re happy to accommodate. We pride ourselves on being flexible and building long-term relationships with our clients.
We offer a standard 12-month warranty on all our turbocharger spare parts. The clock starts from the date we ship them out, unless we’ve made a different agreement (for example, starting from the installation date in some cases). In short, if any part fails due to a manufacturing defect within those 12 months, it’s covered under our warranty.
If you do encounter a problem that you believe is our fault within the warranty period, just let us know. We’ll typically ask for some details about what happened (maybe a report or photos) so we can understand the issue. Once we’ve confirmed it’s a warranty case, we’ll send you a replacement part or offer you a full refund/credit for that item. We stand behind our products, so if there’s a genuine quality problem, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Our warranty covers failures that result from defects in our parts (materials or workmanship) under normal use. For example, if a compressor wheel had a casting flaw or a cartridge assembly wasn’t balanced properly at the factory and it causes a premature failure, that’s on us and would be covered.
However, there are some situations that are not covered by our warranty. Here are the main exclusions:
In essence, if a part fails because it had a defect, it’s covered. But if it fails due to misuse, external factors, or normal wear, it’s not. If you ever need to claim warranty, we’ll review what happened (often via photos or a failure report) and may examine the part. That ensures we handle claims fairly and transparently.
We will arrange for a specialist to contact you immediately.
