We offer a standard 12-month warranty on all our turbocharger spare parts. The clock starts from the date we ship them out, unless we’ve made a different agreement (for example, starting from the installation date in some cases). If you do encounter a problem that you believe is our fault within the warranty period, just let us know. We’ll typically ask for some details about what happened (maybe a report or photos) so we can understand the issue. In essence, if a part fails because it had a defect, it’s covered. But if it fails due to misuse, external factors, or normal wear, it’s not. If you ever need to claim warranty, we’ll review what happened (often via photos or a failure report) and may examine the part. That ensures we handle claims fairly and transparently.
